Every night, before going to bed, I want you to take one teaspoon and massage your right breast for a minimum of thirty seconds, then, take another teaspoon and massage your left one for thirty seconds as well.
When you are done, use a dry paper cloth and wipe everything clean.
How To Make Fennel Oil For Breast Enlargement
If you don’t want to use coconut oil, and you feel that using the cream is a little difficult or inconvenient, then, you can also make fennel oil which is also very powerful for breast enlargement.

Then, put your pan away from the heat and wait for a minimum of fifteen minutes, then, using a stainless steel filter, get rid of the ground fenugreek and fennel seeds.
This recipe will only be useful for seven days because olive oil does not contain large amounts of vitamin E, unlike coconut oil, as this vitamin is very important for preserving our lotion.
Again, it should be used the same way as with the cream, when you are done, use a dry paper cloth to clean everything.

u can take fenugreek. it does not have any side affects with epilepsy but ive heard that fennel does. im not sure with the fennel if its just the oil that can cause seizures or not. im wanting to research more about that.

Hello, grind them in a food processor, or better, a spice grinder, no, you need to mix it with a fatty substance, like coconut cream, just grind them, one teaspoon fenugreek and half fennel, drink with a large glass of water, no need to soak them.

But still after reading your blog, I had started taking two teaspoon fenugreek seeds and also I was massaging my breast using almond oil(as i didnt have oilve oil at that time). I think the oil may be rancid, avoid almond oil at all and use instead coconut oil if possible, if not, do not use anything, just keep taking the fenugreek ground seeds, I think you need to steer away from the capsules due to your condition.

I still remember when I was first starting, I just couldn’t find cheap ingredients and I resorted online which was back then very expensive, one day while walking downtown, I spotted a herbal shop, I went there and found fenugreek, whole seeds, sold very cheaply, they weren’t called fenugreek, methi, that’s what herbalists refer to them by.

You need to avoid taking fenugreek and other herbs orally and only use a good breast enhancement cream, try my saw palmetto recipe, you’ll find it in this post.
Initially in the fisrt few months i was just taking 1tsp of ground fenugreek seeds alone then after 3 4months i build the amount to 2tsp ground fenugreek seeds and 1tsp of fennel seeds. Now i am only taking 2tbsp of ground fennel seeds.
You should give this a try: stop taking all these herbs and only focus on soy milk, try to drink one cup a day. If you do this and after about two months your cycle is still messy, it means you have an issue with high amounts of phyto-estrogen.
Soy milk will also help increase your breast size as well.

It really depends on your diet, but in my situation, I gained almost two cups in five weeks, but I was already following a strict routine which required taking fenugreek and other herbs daily.
So, if you keep at it, you’ll gain a lot of volume fast.

i have been taking fenugreek powder for a long time but i experienced a missed period and taking fenugreek was an only change in my routine. i stopped taking it for sometime and i get my period back.
i havenot seen any results in my breast growth. i have started a new routine taking 1 teaspoon of fenugreek and drink fennel tea throughout the day brewed with 2 tsp of fennel seeds in around 4-5cups of water.
can you please help me correct my dosage so that my monthly cycle keeps the same and i get rapid breast growth.
also i swallowing fenugreek powder is much tolerateable instead of taking faenugreek tea which tastes horrible.

I’m very concerned about whether fenugreek would have side effects in my fertility or in my menstrual cycle. I wanted to make sure it’s safe. so I researched it and read many articles. many of the articles say that it could lead to fibroids, endometriosis and also irregularities in the menstrual cycle. this is because they are similar to estrogens so they affect the female reproductive system as well.
this all depends on the dosage of phytoestrogens (fenugreek and fennel ground seeds) and how long we take these.
since this is a HEALTH ISSUE FOR ME I really want someone to help me out. I don’t wish to risk my FERTILITY at such a young age.

Hi Sahar, I have tried fenugreek capsules from ‘Best Naturals’ and they gave me side effects like headache, feeling hot and unwell. I also got the same side effects from using Pueraria Mirifica. I am taking wild yam daily with no side effects and noticing slight growth after 2 weeks. Do you think I should try fenugreek tea as it is weaker or try a different brand of fenugreek capsules? The side effects stopped when I stopped taking them. Since then I have tried 1 thing at a time to see how my body reacts.
I tried 1 cup of fennel tea made with 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds – I couldn’t sleep that night until 4am and I had a more noticeable heartbeat. I did notice sensitive nipples in the shower that day.
I tried 2 saw Palmetto capsules on another day and the same thing happened.
I stopped anything that gave me side effects.
I am fine with the wild yam and ok with dandelion root tea and watercress.
Is there anything else I could try? Thanks again for your help :-)

2 spoon of Fenugreek seed and 1/2 spoon of fennel seed is it one per day and can I use the cream with it.
1tbsp of both ground fenugreek and fennel seeds a day enough? What if i increase the amount to get better results fast like 1tbsp fenugreek and 2tbsp fennel seeds? I did not experience acne while on these herbs. 1 tbsp is fine, but you need to keep trying different dosages and see what suits you, since you are experiencing acne and probably other side effects.
