but for now, understand that using the right amounts of fenugreek oil when it comes to increasing your breast size is very safe and will also give you rapid results.
Breasts Discomfort
You are going to feel a tightness in your breasts once you start applying fenugreek oil in high amounts every day, the good news is that this is nothing to worry about.
Because it happened to me, once you stop applying fenugreek drops, all discomforts are going to disappear after just one week.
Maple Syrup Smell
Your body odor is going to change; this is a direct result of applying fenugreek oil drops to your breasts, the good news is that this side effect is not dangerous, you have nothing to worry about, and it’s not going to cause any harm to your body, in fact, I always tell my readers that once they start smelling the maple syrup odor coming from their bodies, it’s a good sign that fenugreek is doing its work.
Breast Pain
First, you are going to feel discomfort in your breasts; however, if you do not stop using fenugreek drops immediately and keep on using high amounts, you are also going to start to feel breast pain.

Itchiness

As its name suggests, essential oil is the pure oil of a plant. From my experience, you need to always dilute it in a safe carrier oil, in most situations, as with this post, olive oil is used because it’s very gentle on the skin and won’t cause allergic reactions.
If this happens to you, I want you to check your fenugreek oil bottle and notice if it has the word “essential” written in it.
if it does, then, you need to stop using it for a minimum of two weeks and next time you want to apply it on your breasts, use the following ratio to dilute it:
1:2
In other words, for each teaspoon of essential fenugreek oil, I want you to add two teaspoons of olive oil; of course, you need to mix the oils very thoroughly before applying.
Heavy Bleeding
During menstruation, you may notice heavy bleeding; this is going to occur because the phytoestrogens in fenugreek oil are going to increase the lining inside your womb, this lining is the one that sheds during menstruation.
Most often, you have nothing to worry about, but if you have pain or cramps, then you need to contact your doctor as soon as possible.
I used to suffer from this issue when I was starting to take ground fenugreek seeds many years ago, it didn’t last very long, only three months, but soon, it disappeared, and everything went back to normal.
So, you have nothing to worry about if it’s not accompanied by pain.
Delayed Period
Because you are dealing with a plant that contains large amounts of phytoestrogens, you may notice a delay in your period the first three months you start using it.
It’s because these plant hormones act the same way as estrogens in your body and may cause a hormone imbalance at first.
You have nothing to worry about; however, if your period is late for more than one week, you need to check with your doctor.
Cramps

Here are the ingredients you are going to need:
- Ten tablespoons ground fenugreek seeds
- Twelve tablespoons olive oil
These are all the ingredients you are going to need, of course, we can get very fancy and add saw palmetto or red clover, and why not even add maca root, all these herbs are fantastic when it comes to increasing your breasts size.
but here, we are only interested in making fenugreek oil, of course, there is a difference between fenugreek oil you buy and fenugreek oil you make at home.
Fenugreek And Olive Oil For Breast Growth
Making your fenugreek oil with olive oil is one of the safest steps you can take for protecting your skin and your breasts from fenugreek’s side effects.

How Much Fenugreek Drops Do You Need To Increase Your Breasts Size?
The answer can be very difficult because it depends on the initial size of your breasts and also the desired result.
But in general, you should be aware that they are not going to give you huge results!
Don’t worry; I’m going to explain to you why:
It’s because you are just applying it topically, meaning that fenugreek oil is not going to reach deep into your breast tissue.
It’s true; fenugreek drops are very powerful when it comes to firming up your breasts and giving them an increase in size.
but to tell you the truth, they are only going to increase it by a few millimeters, and if you are lucky, they may increase your size by a centimeter!
You may think that a few millimeters are not enough and may not show!
But the truth is that a few millimeters are going to give you a new look and also a new positive feeling about your body.
Trust me; they are going to give you a burst of self-esteem and confidence.
I have to tell you this because most women think that using fenugreek oil drops is going to give their breasts enormous proportions!
This is not the truth; fenugreek drops are only going to work a little at increasing your breast size.
If you would like to add more size and volume, you need to start supplementing with fenugreek pills or ground seeds; they are going to provide your body with the most abundant amounts of phytoestrogens, these are going to increase your breast size by increasing fluids and fat retention in them.

This is how to apply fenugreek oil on your breast to get rapid growth and firmness it’s quite simple, you need to use one teaspoon a day on each breast, this is how you get the most visible results.
This is also the reason why I have always advised my readers to mix in their fenugreek oil with olive oil, using the ratio mentioned a few paragraphs ago.
Of course, you can apply one teaspoon at once on each breast, or you can do the following:
In the morning, apply five drops on each breast and massage, in the afternoon, do the same, and before going to bed at night, repeat and massage your breasts gently using the following routine:
- Step one: apply five drops to your right breast
- Step two: massage using the tip of your fingers in a circular movement, do not use a lot of pressure, if you are feeling pain or discomfort, stop immediately because you are probably applying too much strength. Using a gentle circular motion for just thirty seconds, don’t forget to cover your whole breast with fenugreek oil.
- Step three: using a dry paper cloth, get rid of as much fat as possible and repeat the process on your left breast.

I found Fenugreek essential oil before happening upon your webpage. It’s not that expensive, around $20 for .5 oz. bottle (about 250 drops worth). I’m going to start using it on my breasts with Vitamin E oil as a carrier oil (along with Saw Palmetto liquid form) and hopefully see results. If I do or not I’ll post here if that’s ok? :)
Try to use olive oil instead, as a carrier oil, it’s much gentler on the skin. Good luck.

what if you’re on birth control and under 21? i think i read a previous comment that said it would affect the hormones, so i’m wondering if already having effected hormones would change anything.
